Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, provides in Article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right consists in the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, that is, without having to provide Genyed Srls with any explanation.
However, the consumer must return any purchased products already received. Genyed Srls will refund to the consumer any sum already paid as payment for the price of the products and the shipping costs contribution.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised at any time after concluding the purchase procedure and in any case within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods (from the date of delivery reported by the courier), by notifying Genyed Srls of the desire to exercise the right itself and indicating the order number from which you intend to withdraw.

The notice of withdrawal and the above requested data can be transmitted to Genyed Srls in the following ways:

- by sending an e-mail to info@genyed.com

- By sending a letter by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the consumer must arrange for their return (total or partial) only after receiving authorization from Genyed Srls.

Product return shipping costs are the responsibility of Genyed Srls, which will email the details of the prepaid label complete with return shipping address, to be printed and affixed to the package.

Genyed Srls reserves the right to refuse the free return, in case of clear abuse of the service offered, charging the shipping and return costs to the customer.

The refund of any amount already paid and corresponding to the entire order or that part of the products for which you have withdrawn will be made by the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (or from the notice of withdrawal if the goods have not yet been shipped) provided that:

the products have been returned and are intact, the original packaging/wrapping of the products is also returned and the same is intact, the products have not been used in any way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation.

The return amount will be credited back to the same credit card, PayPal account or bank account with which the purchase was made.
Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Genyed Srls guarantees the products from any defects.

Should the consumer still find a defect in the purchased products, he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal. Alternatively and in the case of missing products, the consumer may request a free replacement: Genyed Srls will make the appropriate checks (asking for any reimbursement to the courier who handled the transport) and confirm acceptance of the claim.
