Shipments of all products purchased on www.genyed.com are made by Express Courier within one business day after the order is placed.

- FREE shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

From the website www.genyed.com in English, you can only purchase for delivery addresses on the territory of the United Kingdom, it is not possible to indicate addresses outside the United Kingdom, both for shipping and billing.

Purchased products are delivered throughout the UK within 1-3 business days from order fulfillment.
Delivery is made Monday through Friday.
If the package is lost, Genyed Srls is committed to reshipping at no charge to the customer.
The delivery time count does not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other special events such as absence of the recipient, delivery location difficult to reach and other problems attributable directly to the courier and not dependent on Genyed Srls.
